The Warden's Son appears to be developmentally slow. He is constantly at his father's side and shows no sympathy for the prisoners.
During the events of Riki-Oh The Story of Ricky (1991) played by Kwok-Leung Wong
The Warden's Son arrives with his father back at the prison from their trip to Hawaii. He greets the Assistant Warden by stepping on his boots. While walking across the felt carpet laid out for his return he trips and a prisoner loses his eye for not putting the carpet down correctly. He is sent away by his father right before his father fights Riki-Oh.
