During the events of The Terror: Season 1 Episode 2 Gore
After tracking him and Sgt. Daniel Bryant, the Tuunbaq charges at Lt. Graham Gore and kills him.
During the events of The Terror: Season 1 Episode 3 The Ladder
June, 1847, John Franklin is invited by Sgt. Solomon Tozer and Pvt. William Heather to wait in the blind with them and Bryant is suddenly grabbed and killed by the Tuunbaq. The rest of the men in the blind start shooting and Franklin starts to stumble away in shock. Franklin starts calling out for the Erebus and as James Fitzjames and [[]]Charles Des Voeux go out to save him, Franklin is grabbed by the Tuunbaq, chewed in half, and dropped into the fire pit with the Shaman.
During the events of The Terror: Season 1 Episode 4 Punishment, as a Boy
November, 1847, the Tuunbaq attacks and kills William Strong and injures Pvt. William Heather. As Francis Crozier and Thomas Evans tries to track it, it kills Evans. Later, while on duty, Cornelius Hickey finds Strong's body resting on the edge of the ship and sees the Tuunbaq walking away.
During the events of The Terror: Season 1 Episode 5 First Shot a Winner, Lads
The Tuunbaq kills Thomas Darlington and then goes on the deck and kills another man and then attacks Thomas Blanky. Blanky climbs up the mast and yells at the men to fire the cannon at it. The Tuunbaq strikes at Blanky's leg, gouging deep furrows into it. Blanky throws a lit lantern on the Tuunbaq, setting it on fire and Tozer has the skin on his hands ripped off as he aims the cannon upwards. Lt. George Hodgson fires the cannon and the Tuubaq falls to the ground, but disappears.
During the events of The Terror: Season 1 Episode 6 A Mercy
January, 1848, Lady Silence cuts open a seal and eats a portion of eat before offering it to the Tuunbaq. As Lady Silence is chanting, the Tuunbaq walks towards her and she cuts out her tongue.
During the events of The Terror: Season 1 Episode 8 Terror Camp Clear
April, 1848, A laugh rings out in the fog and Henry Collins walks into camp, followed by the Tuunbaq. The Tuunbaq slaughters many members of the camp while Hickey and the deserters steal supplies and leave camp. As the traitors leave, Tozer sees Collins' soul being devoured by the Tuunbaq.
During the events of The Terror: Season 1 Episode 9 The C, the C, the Open C
Days after the Tuunbaq attack on the camp, the Tuunbaq starts to search for Crozier's group. It eventually gets their scent and starts to track them. It finds Blanky and he hears the Tuunbaq nearby, laughs and is eaten.
During the events of The Terror: Season 1 Episode 10 We Are Gone
Hickey's camp pull a boat across the land until Hickey orders them to stop and has Pvt. William Pilkington fire his rifle into the air to attract the Tuunbaq. Pilkington yells out that the Tuunbaq is coming and Crozier tells the group that it will go after those that are running first. Tozer starts to make a battle plan as Hickey rambles about gods and empires. Edmund Hoar runs away and as Thomas Armitage is about to shoot Hickey, Magnus Manson shoots him dead. The Tuunbaq kills Pilkington, John Diggle, Lt. George Hodgson, Robert Golding and then Manson. Hickey cuts off his tongue as Tozer frees himself and Crozier tosses Tozer, Armitage's shotgun. The Tuunbaq eats Tozer and Hickey offers it his tongue. It then eats Hickey's arm and upper torso, before choking and dying.
