Background

Memmio is a criminal captain of the Aventine.


During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 2 Son of Hades played by Daniel Cerqueira

Memmio watches as Carbo and his other men torture and kill a rival gang member who murdered Memmio's man and then tells one to return and tell his boss that Memmio controls everything in the Aventine above a certain point and to stop attacking his men. He is interrupted by a Head Priest who declares a truce and a meeting to be held between all of the gang leaders working in the Aventine. At the meeting, which includes the captains Memmio, Hannibal Cotta, Gaul Boss, Veteran Boss and Quintus Boss, Memmio asks Hannibal Cotta who called the parlay, and Hannibal tells him he doesn't know. Lucius Vorenus and Titus Pullo arrive and Lucius introduces himself. Lucius declares that the war over territory has been declared over by order of Mark Antony and Lucius says that as the killer of Erastes Fulmen he claims ownership of the Aventine Collegium and that ownership of the Aventine belongs to him. Acerbo says he cannot claim ownership and Lucius offers the captains that once order is restored in the Aventine then they will be paid a certain amount. Acerbo initially refuses the offer and Lucius tells them all that those who oppose him will be his enemy and killed.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 3 These Being the Words of Marcus Tullius Cicero played by Daniel Cerqueira

Memmio and Carbo have a meeting with Lucius in which they demand justice on Quintus Bubo for paying a nephew of Carbo's to perform oral sex on him. Lucius denies their request for justice on the grounds that Carbo's nephew was paid.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 5 Heroes of the Republic played by Daniel Cerqueira

Lucius holds a meeting with Memmio and Hannibal Cotta declaring a truce and they agree to a peace.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 6 Philippi played by Daniel Cerqueira

Lucius holds a meeting with Memmio, Acerbo, Hannibal Cotta and Gaul Boss, in which he gives them each a list of ten prominent members of Roman society with orders to kill them and to take from them what they wish. Lucius tries to convince the other captains to donate some of the proceeds during the Feast of Pomona and Memmio agrees with Lucius. Outside, he sees Omnipor, who tells him that it is done.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 7 Death Mask played by Daniel Cerqueira

Lucius Vorenus and Mascius have a meeting with Memmio and attended by Omnipor. Memmio catches Omnipor and Vorena the Elder in bed. Memmio then convinces Vorena the Elder to tell him information in order to keep her and Omnipor's relationship a secret.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 8 A Necessary Fiction played by Daniel Cerqueira

Lucius goes to the headquarters of Memmio and finds him and his men celebrating. He tells him state property was stolen, but Memmio denies stealing it. Memmio tells Omnipor to tell Hannibal Cotta, Acerbo and the other captains that he wants to have a meeting with them. Memmio has a meeting with Cotta, Acerbo, Gaul Boss and another captain and tells them they should unite to fight Lucius Vorenus. After they start to leave he throws handfuls of the stolen gold coins at them. Memmio, Gaul Boss, Veteran Boss and Hannibal Cotta and their men approach the Collegiate and confront Titus and the collegiate men and Quintus Boss and his men. Memmio calls out to Titus and calls for a parlay. Titus holds out his hand and as Memmio sticks out his, Titus grabs it and pulls Memmio towards him and bites out his tongue. Titus then throws his axe, killing Omnipor. The battle begins and Titus, Mascius, Gaia and Quintus Boss slaughter the others.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 9 Deus Impeditio Esuritori Nullus (No God Can Stop a Hungry Man) played by Daniel Cerqueira

Memmio is kept in a cage and fed random scraps of food. While Titus is about to eat he notices Memmio missing from his cage and is attacked by Memmio. Before Memmio can stab Titus, Gaia attacks Memmio and Memmio stabs Gaia. Gaia then crushes Memmio's head with a goblet.
